My wife and I have been very regular diners at Sambucas Forest Hall for years now and were there again last night. The food was great. The menu is extensive. The prices are very reasonable. And the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient like they always are. They're generally quite young but they're well managed and all of them are quick and eager to please. There has been the odd issue over the years, the staff are only human after all, but they were always dealt with politely, quickly and efficiently. I've read some of the negative reviews on here and wonder if the reviewers have confused this Sambucas with somewhere else.
By far my favourite sambucas so chilled, food is amazing and staff are friendly and patient.

We came in for a meal on Sunday and from the get go the staff were brilliant! Food was great, delicious, hot and great portion sizes. My son said 'in my whole 8 years of life, this is the best restaurant I've ever been to!' We will be back!!

13 of us went for a 79th birthday table was all.set out nice for us staff were very helpfull and happy food was very appealing and tasty service was very good would go back again
